Payments
We accept MasterCard and Visa through an encrypted 3rd party
payment processing system. This means that we don't take
your credit cards details, Westpac Bank (NZ) does on their
secure site which ensures a safe & secure shopping experience.
We
also accept internet bank transfer payments into our Westpac
bank account as well as PayPal payments. Please contact
us for account details if you wish to use either of
these payment methods.
In
order for us to receive notification of your order and ensure
a timely dispatch of your new 'Solids Starter Kit(s)', it
is important that you complete the payment process until
you are automatically redirected back to our 'thank you'
page.
Shipping
Orders received are prepared and
sent out the next business day via Fastway Courier. Delivery
times are generally next business day in NI and 2 business
days for SI addresses. Please add a couple of days for RD
addresses.
Shipping
for single 'Solids Starter Kit' orders is $4 in Auckland
and $6.50 nationwide. This is our cost price and we do not
charge for packing or handling. Shipping is free
for all orders over NZ$65.
Please
provide an address where someone is available to sign for
the package during business hours. If you provide a New
Zealand PO Box, please note that your package will be sent
via NZ Post.
Rural
Delivery - We now post to RD addresses as it is
much less expensive ($6.50) and your package will arrive
much faster this way (true!).
International
Delivery - All international orders are sent via
NZ Post International Air Express. Delivery to Australia
is 2 -6 business days and NZ$9, other international destinations
are NZ$12 and take up to 21 days although it is usually
much sooner than that. Free Shipping for all orders worldwide
over NZ$65.
Product Material
The mumi & bubi 'Solids Starter
Kit' is made from the highest quality food-grade polypropylene
- indicated by the recycling code "PP" and "5"
on the back of the trays - which is non-toxic, non-leaching
and free from Bisphenol A (BPA), PVC and any type of phthalates.
