Payments
We accept MasterCard and Visa through an encrypted 3rd party payment processing system. This means that we don't take your credit cards details, Westpac Bank (NZ) does on their secure site which ensures a safe & secure shopping experience.

We also accept internet bank transfer payments into our Westpac bank account as well as PayPal payments. Please contact us for account details if you wish to use either of these payment methods.

In order for us to receive notification of your order and ensure a timely dispatch of your items, it is important that you complete the payment process until you are automatically redirected back to our 'thank you' page.

Shipping
Orders received are prepared and sent out the next business day via Fastway Courier (NZ addresses only). Delivery times are generally 2 days in NI and 3 business days for SI addresses. Please add a couple of days for RD addresses.

Shipping is $4 in Auckland and $6.50 nationwide. This is our cost price and we do not charge for packing or handling.

Please provide an address where someone is available to sign for the package during business hours. Please, no PO Boxes.

International Delivery - All international orders are sent via NZ Post International Air Express. Shipping to international destinations is only $17 and can take up to 21 days although it is usually much sooner than that.

Shipping is free worldwide for all orders over NZ$100.

The mumi & bubi 'Solids Starter Kit' is made from the highest quality medical-grade polypropylene - indicated by the recycling code "PP" and "5" on the back of the trays - which is non-toxic, non-leaching and is certified to be free from Bisphenol A (BPA), PVC, lead and any type of phthalates.
